D’Vine Cafe has Instagram-worthy Cotton Candy Waffles and colourful Aburi Salmon Bowls

Time to add another cafe to your list of Instagrammable eateries in Singapore: D’Vine Cafe, which opened along Tyrwhitt Road on 27 April 2022, serves a variety of eye-catching and vibrantly-coloured dishes.

D’Vine Cafe is a short walk from Bendemeer MRT Station, and serves dishes from Asian and Western cuisines. It even provides an all-day brunch with dishes like their Egg Ben Salmon (S$16) and Creamy Baked Mac N Cheese (S$15), so that you can enjoy breakfast foods for lunch or dinner.

Choose from D’Vine Cafe’s three mains, like the Aburi Salmon Bowl (S$16), which contains sous vide salmon, sriracha mayo, edamame, tomato, an egg, pink onion, tobiko and mixed grain rice. This Japanese dish is a healthier option, for more health-conscious diners.

If you prefer Western dishes, try the Wild Truffle Linguine (S$18), with forest mushroom, black truffle, spinach, a poached egg and parmesan.

Finally, go all out with the Ultimate D’Vine Burger (S$23), consisting of angus beef, smoked cheddar, bacon, a sunny egg, pink onion and BBQ sauce sandwiched between brioche buns and served with fries and salad.

End off your meal with D’Vine Cafe’s desserts, like their Lemon Meringue Tart (S$14) or Triple Chocolate Cake (S$14).

Personally, I’m leaning towards the gorgeous Buttermilk Waffle (S$13), with has cotton candy, berries, marshmallows, maple syrup or chocolate sauce, and a choice of ice cream.

The best part: D’Vine Cafe does not have GST or service charge. As someone who hates having to whip out my calculator at restaurants before ordering to check for the total price of each dish, I’m certainly excited by this.

Though D’Vine Cafe’s menu isn’t very extensive, its existing selection of dishes are divine enough on their own. I can’t wait to pay a visit soon.
